We have been busy over the last few weeks organizing and receiving our latest arrival of product.  We did experience delays in receiving our stock, but overall the process is getting better; delays in the logistics world seem to be getting shorter.

This is the first part of our plan to navigate better unforeseen disruptions that arise.  With the arrival of this shipment, we sit in stock with 95% of our product catalogue as we constantly work to improve supply and service; this completes step 1 of 2 in improving stock availability.  Step 2 is scheduled to be completed in late September.  Our goal is to be in stock 100% of the time by holding enough products to last a 12-month period and systematically working to maintain the goal of always having the product you need.
