Pricing Policy
All prices shown in this catalog are expressed in CAD dollars. Prices shown are list prices and are subject to change without notice. Prices may also be changed without notice due to unforeseen cost increases of products, raw materials, or currency fluctuations. We carefully check pricing and product specifications, but occasionally errors can occur, therefore we reserve the right to change our prices both without prior notice. We are not responsible for customer pricing errors.
Inventory Availability Policy
We strive to ensure all products are available at the time our customers’ order. All products sold are subject to availability in our warehouses and some products may be considered seasonal. There is no guarantee of stock availability of any product at time of purchase. For custom products, there may be a time delay before delivery of the custom products.
Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Policy
JMC Distribution Ltd. will issue printed price lists indicating Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Pricing (MSRP) and maintain a current listing with effective date of MSRP which can be amended at any time by JMC Distribution Ltd. at its sole discretion. Any priced advertisement in any media such as but not limited to internet or similar electronic media, radio, television, flyers, posters, catalogs, mail order catalogs, magazines, e-mail newsletters, e-mail solicitations, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, and public signage must be not less than 10% below the current MSRP as indicated on the printed price list. Any pricing advertised that is greater than 10% below that shown on the current printed price list or MSRP list on the will be a violation of this MAP policy and subject to possible enforcement procedures.
Returns and Stock Rotation Policy
Once you have a case pack quantity of a color or style (6 or 12 depending on the style), let us know you are interested in an exchange.
lt is important to note that stock must be in the original packaging and sleeves, without any damage or missing parts and must be in a saleable condition, to be eligible for a stock rotation request.
We will replace the stock on your next order and send a waybill for your exchange to be picked up and returned to us. Once the stock is returned, the stock is then inspected. If the stock is in its original packaging, with no damage, and in a saleable condition, a credit will be issued to your account.
A request must be made to us for any return of products. Once the stock is returned, the stock is then inspected.
lt is important to note that stock must be in the original packaging and sleeves, without any damage or missing parts and must be in a saleable condition, to be eligible for a return request.
If your return request is accepted, a credit will be issued to your account.
Custom Products - Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on custom products.
Damaged & Defective Items Policy
Currently Vorgee products have a return rate of less than 1%. ln the event a customer brings back a product we simply ask that you inspect it and ask when it was purchased. Using your best judgment, if the product was purchased within a month and looks like the product has been subject to normal wear and use, please take a picture of the product, send it to us and we will provide you a credit to applied against your next order. We reserve the right to question and dispute requests for returns.

Custom Caps
Logo: Logo or artwork is provided by the Customer. Any adjustments to artwork required to be made by JMC Distribution, may result in an extra fee which must must be approved by the client prior to continuing the ordering process.
HEX/CMKY/RGB/Pantone Color Codes: Upon receiving the mockup, if you have any specific printing instructions please let us know. It is important to provide us with detailed printing instructions. If we receive a confirmation without specific printing instructions or direction on color codes, we will do our best to match the mockup but cannot guarantee the exactness.
Mockup or Proof: Customer must review and approve the provided mockup, to ensure it’s accuracy and exactness. Due to screen display & resolution, please note that the colors on the mockup is a very close representation of the finished product, but slight differences may occur and are considered normal.
Confirmation: Upon receiving the mockup and reviewing it, we require a confirmation e-mail from the customer to proceed. It is important to note that an order will not move to production until we have a firm confirmation from the customer.
Quotation: The quoted price is valid for a period of 90 days.
