We are now in the process of preparing to receive our Fall inventory; as expected, we did encounter delays.
The nature of these delays is unpredictable; however, we avoided further delays by being diligent with details and ensuring those involved were accountable for their commitments.
While our warehouse is busy working to receive and organize stock, our website will not reflect the newly arrived stock; it will be updated once the receiving process is complete.
In the meantime, if you require anything that is showing out of stock on our website, please feel free to email us, and we will take care of the rest for you.
Once our current inventory is received, we will be in a good position with most of our products and will be at 100% in-stock status. From this point forward, with the purchasing changes that we made to address the unpredictable nature of world logistics better, the stock we sit with should overlap with our new inventory arrivals, allowing us to meet your needs.
On a separate note, we have been working to reduce costs for you by finding and working with more efficient shipping providers, which means that over the last few months, you will have seen your shipping costs go down. Practices like this are regular for us; we understand that regardless of your business's nature, we can all help each other.
