As I am sure you have, we are facing new challenges coming out of what appears to be the final stages of the pandemic. Everything from shipping delays & backups at arrival ports to backlogs in production to limited raw materials, demand is rising, and there are challenges in meeting that demand.
Here's the good news; We will have our distribution center restocked regularly with new stock of various products arriving at intervals that will allow us to fill orders on demand or shortly after. In addition, we have set up our deliveries so that we will have the products you order most frequently.
Of course, this doesn't mean we will be without delays; we are seeing delays at entry ports increase significantly as of late. We are doing what we can to expedite the process; however, the customs and entry process is largely out of our control. I want to thank you in advance for your understanding and patience during these challenging times.
Finally, I do hope that as we reopen, all that you have persevered through the last two and half years will lead you to great things. We have the incredible privilege of working with fantastic customers who care deeply about those they serve; it is inspiring to see.
In BC, we dealt with massive forest fires & catastrophic floods; recently, Ontario and Quebec saw catastrophic storms hit, creating enormous stress & disruption. However, we also had the fortune to see the kindness and generosity of everyday people that took action to ensure that everyone had their basic needs met. Your support of our business is the fuel that allows us to help when we see someone in distress.
