We continue to see delays, increased costs, and disruptions within the manufacturing & logistics world; these are the real challenges coming out of COVID, the effects of which translate into cost increase 10 to 15x what they were pre-COVID. All that said, it does us no good to dwell on what we can't immediately change; we remain committed to the goal of keeping our prices reasonable and our stock in a good position. There is no simple answer to these challenges; we can only do the work to meet our objectives; it is our goal to keep our swim product & accessories for your pro shop, swim school, community pool, and swim shop inventory stable from this Fall going forward.
Currently, we are regularly receiving stock, so if you are looking for an item on the website that shows out of stock, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we can provide an update on when we expect it to be back in stock. We are in the process of refilling some styles as I type.
Our website is continuously evolving to allow better and better flow for customers to view products, check stock, place orders, receive a shipping confirmation, and pay invoices. Your account also tracks past orders and allows you to review them at your convenience.
We received requests to:
- Be able to pay an invoice without having to sign into an account – We have solved this, and this is now an option
- To receive PDF invoice copies – This is now available.

We are also continuing the work on our greening business. In 2019 all of our goggle cases transitioned to recyclable material; in 2021, the single-use plastic protection wrap was replaced with tissue paper, and in 2022, the single-use goggle cradle has been replaced with cardboard. We will discuss this and other green points in greater detail in a separate email.
